May 16-19 Goals {Short Week}

16 May

I will keep it short this week since I have already missed telling you about about my Monday-Wednesday goals. The beginning of the week was packed with California fun and cross country traveling. We had a great trip visiting family, wine tasting, and half marathon racing- post coming soon with tons of pictures!

Thursday: Two mile Walk

Friday: 10+ Mile bike ride

Saturday: Local group 3-5 mile run

Sunday: Something light and easy followed by a little time in the garden

What really happened last week?

Monday: Rest Day {Yeah- this happened}

Tuesday: 4 Miles or 10 Mile Bike Ride {3 Mile walk/run}

Wednesday: Yoga and Vaca Packing. {Yoga turned into frantic clothes washing after coming home to find my laudry basket full of dirty water. Apartment Life…ugh}

Thursday: Airport Sprints

Friday: Sightseeing in sunny California! {Sightseeing included a three mile walk along the Santa Barbara Bluffs.}

What I’m loving this week:

Runner’s World Article about Energy Gels– I am running my first marathon this fall and I am always looking for the best way to fuel during the race.
