Breakfast Edition

Making breakfast is my new thing lately. I am even waking up 30 mins earlier to enjoy something tasty/real for breakfast. Today’s breakfast is one of my favorites- PB Apple Wrap. It is super simple for a nice non-oatmeal breakfast. 

What you need: 1 apple, 1 TB peanut butter, 1 wrap, 1/4 tbs Pumpkin Pie Spice, Chia Seed (Optional), Shredded Coconut (Optional)

Step 1: Thinly slice your apple. I like to quarter the slices so they fit into the wrap.

2) Saute the apple slices in a little EVOO for 5-6 six mins.

3)Once the apples are soft, spread the peanut butter on the wrap. Top the peanut butter with apples and pumpkin pie mix. Roll up and enjoy!

    Brilliant idea! For a while, I was really into mustard, cheese, and spinach wraps. I love how versatile tortillas can be. I may try this soon 🙂

    That looks so yummy!!

    My “go to” breakfast is pop tarts. Horrible I know, but I do love those little things all warm and toasty. And their quick too, so maybe that’s why I like them. I can toast and go.

      I’m not going to lie- I love a strawberry poptart toasted with a little butter on top!
